Leonel Pinheiro was born in Braga, Portugal. He has graduated in Music Teaching at the University of Aveiro in Portugal. Postgraduate in Concert Singing at Royal Scottish Academy of Music & Drama, Master Degree with distinction in Operatic Studies at Guildhall School of Music & Drama. Whilst at Guildhall, Leonel was awarded the Guildhall Artist Fellowship, allowing him to be a guest teacher at City University of London and a coach at Guildhall School of Music & Drama.
