Hannah Shimwell - Singing & Clarinet

Singer and clarinettist Hannah Shimwell is an Ian Evans Lombe Scholar at the Royal College of Music. She studied singing with Sarah Tynan in her first year of college, and now performs often as a vocalist across England. She has performed with Dal Segno Choir, Sonorus Choir and Sheffield Bach Choir, and most recently showcased the world premiere of Jo Reeves’ and Marc Harris’ ‘Aurora Nova Symphony’ with Wimbledon Music Hub.

 

As a teacher, Hannah has worked with Tri-Borough Music Hub and Milton Keynes Music Hub, as well as Benslow Music alongside Paul Harris and George Sleightholme. She welcomes all genres – from Pop and Folk music to Classical music, Hannah loves singing in all its musical forms.
