Annabella Chenevix Trench - Saxophone & Clarinet

Annabella Chenevix Trench is a British saxophonist, and woodwind specialist and a graduate from the Royal College of Music in London. She studied with Kyle Horch and second study jazz with Andy Panayi.  She also studied Clarinet with Janet Hilton. She had the opportunity to play in RCM Jazz Orchestra, playing with artists such as Clare Teal and Jojo Mayer. 

 

As a freelance musician, she has done session recordings including at Abbey Road Studios.

 

She is also a member of the Astral Saxophone Quartet, winning the RCM Spring Woodwind Chamber Competition 2022. The group regularly performs in venues including St James’ Piccadilly, St John’s Smith Square, and the Elgar Room at the Royal Albert Hall. They also were Semi-Finalists in the Royal Over-Seas League Competition in Spring 2024.
